Which songs for your wedding?
You can pick your own wedding songs for the bagpiper to play and to help you, there are 30 or more songs available on Premier Piper‘s website for you to choose from. Once you’ve reserved a piper we can send you a link to the wedding tunes. Alternatively you can leave the wedding music to us, as we know from experience, which songs will make your big day go with a swing.
The standard wedding day piping package is intended to cover approximately 3 hours, from 30 mins before walking down the aisle until playing into the wedding breakfast.
We know as well as anyone that weddings never stick rigidly to a time frame, so we always allow for a bit of leeway in the timings.
You can have the bagpipes playing wedding songs at the following points:
As wedding guests, bridal party and bride arrive at the church/hotel for the wedding ceremony.
For the bride walking down the aisle and back up again with her new husband.
As the newly weds emerge from the church/hotel to where they mingle with wedding guests for photographs.
As the bridal party and newly weds arrive at the wedding reception venue.
As the newly weds (and the bridal party if requested) enter for the wedding breakfast.
